mamon

with nothing to do on a long holiday (chinese new year), i baked this mamon for our merienda or snack :) good thing both hubby and macoy enjoyed the soft buttery texture of this mamon.

sometimes i miss goldilocks where you can just easily buy mamon and ensaymada :)
